These terms govern your use of bitcoinhomebase.com and any product or content you buy, download, or read from us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. BitcoinHomeBase is operated by Sky Stone Services, LLC.
What we sell
BitcoinHomeBase sells educational materials about Bitcoin — an ebook, supporting checklists, and related digital downloads. Free articles and lead magnets are provided as-is for educational use.
Not financial advice
Everything on this site is educational, not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Bitcoin is volatile and can lose value rapidly. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before acting on anything you read here, do your own research and consult licensed professionals where appropriate.
We make no guarantee, express or implied, about future Bitcoin prices, returns, regulation, or anything else. Past performance is not a predictor of future results. Nothing in our content should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific asset.
Your license to use what you buy
When you buy a digital product from us, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download it and use it for your own learning. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the file on file-sharing sites
- Strip the cover, repackage, or rebrand it
- Use the content to train AI models or build derivative products you sell
You may quote short excerpts (under 100 words) with attribution for personal review or commentary. Sharing one specific section privately with a family member is fine; broadcasting the file is not.
Refund policy
If you bought the ebook and aren’t satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@bitcoinhomebase.com and we’ll refund the full purchase price. You don’t need to justify it. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Service availability
We try to keep the site up and the downloads available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We may take the site down for maintenance, change product offerings, retire old files, or update content without notice. If a paid product becomes unavailable in a way that prevents you from using what you bought, contact us for a refund or replacement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BitcoinHomeBase and Sky Stone Services, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its products — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or losses you incur from your own Bitcoin or other investment decisions. Our total liability, regardless of cause, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to: violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, send spam, attempt to compromise the site or other users’ accounts, scrape content for redistribution, or do anything that interferes with normal operation. We may suspend access if you do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when we update products, add new services, or our legal counsel asks us to. The updated date at the top of this page tells you when. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the site and request a refund within 30 days of any purchase made under prior terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Sky Stone Services, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring action elsewhere.
